ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR/ OFFICER  

1.) Ensure the processing of accurate and timely accounting functions.

Manage and Supervise the General Accounting department

Check that the external auditor is doing the book of accounts

Reconciliation of Perpetual Inventory versus Physical Count against Quick books print out

Prepares Daily Cash Position & Cash Flow Projections Report.

Monitor Actual versus Budget expense

Review and establish accounting current policies and procedures that is aligned with company’s targets.

2.) Preparation of Financial Data

Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.

Ensure reports given to External Auditor and Internal Auditor are in compliance with Government tax regularities.

Identify and monitor expenses that are exceeding the budget and make recommendation on how to control/minimize expenditure.

3.)Proper Supervision of Subordinates on the Department

Make sure all your subordinates submit reports on time.

Make proper work flow to be submitted to the Management.

Make sure work flow is properly coordinated with scheduled timeline

QUALIFICATIONS

BS Accountancy graduate

Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor

Experience with accounting software (Quickbooks)

Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)

Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations

Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data

Attention to detail and accuracy

Team management skills

Ability to prioritize work

Preferably residing in Marikina or nearby cities
