- Assists the VP of Finance in day-to-day banking transactions including coordinating with the banks and filing of reports
- Keeps an updated file of all shipments and payment dates in relation to banking and broker requirements as well as updating the suppliers
- Sees to it that all financial transactions are well document and filed properly
- Provides administrative support, including assistance in composing and editing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports; prepares outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings—preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, etc.
- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations; creates detailed itineraries.
- Organizes and maintains executive files.
- Participates in meetings as requested to take meeting notes for future distribution and follow-up.
- Coordinates with the operation/s
- Demonstrated professional qualities of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, initiative and the ability to work proactively with limited
- Performs well in a fast pasted, changing environment and ready to accept new ideas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- With atleast 1year working experience is required;
- Full-Time position(s) available.
