- Processing and releasing of rebates weekly, monthly, quarterly and semi-annually to various clients thru agents and duly acknowledged by clients
- Monitoring of Annual Promotional Budget vs. Actual Expenses (rebates/conventions/sponsorship/samples & giveaways
- Processing and monitoring of Expense Summary Report vs. Actual
- Processing and monitoring of Commission Expense and Office incentives
- Preparation of Marketing ROI per agents
- Processing and releasing or Revolving Fund for delivery Staff
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Accountancy and/or Finance;
- With at least 1-2 years working experience
- Experience in pharma and/or marketing industry is an advantage.
