- Monitors, coordinates and communicates with Field Personnel any Marketing concerns.
- Monitors the Sales Team’s inventory for all Product Literatures, Samples, and Promo Materials.
- Checks and audits daily transportation & kilometer report of PMR based on standard itinerary as well as monitoring of itinerary and kilometer reading.
- Daily monitoring of whereabouts and Time or Log-in of Field Force
- Execution of daily report of LMI Field Force attendance
- Checks call rate of PMR as well as call cards weekly and monthly.
- Issuance of Letter of communication for those Field personnel who were not able to hit the Standard Protocol.
- Daily report execution of Call Reports to be submitted to Sales Managers.
- Execution of Summary month-end report of PMRs Call Performance.
- Provides PMR/ASM necessary request such as lodging and project plan.
- Checks sales report, call coverage & collection daily.
- Constant communication on changes/development on any protocol related to Field Force
- Prepares Marketing Memo for Presidents approval.
- Coordination on memorandums to be issued for Field personnel for implementation of Directives
- Monitors the status of each PMR and coordinates directly to HR in terms of accumulation of violations
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City and willing to start ASAP.
