Senior Operations Management Associate  

As Lamudi's Senior Operations Management Associate, you will be working side by side with the Head of Operations and one direct report on designing, managing and improving operational processes across all departments, with a focus on business intelligence, client performance, and project management.
You will have the opportunity to get to know inside-out the operations of the number one real estate property portal in the Philippines, by embarking on a dynamic and entrepreneurial role with a steep learning curve. This dynamic role has high strategic relevance, with exposure to Lamudi's senior management, up to the Global CEO.

Responsibilities

• Business intelligence: creation of reports to support performance measurement and decision making of all the departments
• Client performance management: operational tasks and strategic projects to improve and monitor client performance
• Project management and process improvement for all the departments, according to the current priorities of the organization

• Strong data analysis, proficient on MS Excel
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
