Job Description
The Community Management and E-mail Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and engaging with the Lamudi’s online community in a way which builds brand awareness and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Plan social content and maintain the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant, and engaging.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Engage with fans and followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
- Weekly report on social media engagements within the community.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
- Monitor the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and Journalists.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- Understand the ins and outs of social media analytics.
- Create new strategies to improve it.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with managing social media.
- Experience with Social Media tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout, and Facebook for Business.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Communicative and outgoing.
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities.
- Highly organized and professional.
- Experience with basic HTML
- Experience with basic Photoshop
- Experience with using ExactTarget and Campaign Monitoring tools
