Job Description

Mission: To grow and maximize the long term sales value from broker accounts + private sellers through acquistion of new accounts and retention and up-selling of existing accounts through phone calls only & ensure that the Telesales team meets it’s full potential and targets.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
  • Monitor random calls for quality assurance. 

  • Forecast and analyz sales data. 

  • Regularly report KPIs to superiors.
  • Call web sign-up accounts and provincial broker accounts.
  • Do cold-calling and pitching over the phone.
  • Create and send pitch decks/proposals to interested clients.
  • Follow up calls to close contracts.
  • Endorse client to Account Manager.
  • Maintain healthy, positive, and long term relationships with brokers and clients.
  • Ensure all services are provided to the client as agreed in the contract.
  • Ensure the client receives sufficient value from Lamudi.
  • Renew client contracts and upsell to higher value packages.
  • Administer all sales activities and results in Salesforce and G-doc trackers.
  • Coach, inspire, and motivate the Telesales team.
