Job Description
To maximize the long term value of clients by building long term relationships with corporate accounts and ensuring that clients are perfectly satisfied with the service and value which we provide them
Responsibilities:
- Handles onboarding of clients through welcome emails and welcome calls.
- Trains clients on usage of the website.
- Assists in the (re-)collection of high quality listings (if client can not self-upload).
- Plans and executes banners/marketing strategies in coordination with Marketing.
- Plans and executes featured/premium listings in coordination with CPM team.
- Monitors lead performance + requesting boosting/de-boosting if necessary.
- Ensures every client is contacted minimum every 30 days through calls or meetings.
- Ensures all client concerns are addressed and solved within 24 hours of the complaint.
- Creates and sends performance reports upon request of customers
- Assists in the (re-)collection of client payments + sending invoices/ORs if needed.
- Takes care of the administration of all activities + results in Salesforce & G-doc trackers.
- Assists senior business development managers where needed.
- Identifies red alert accounts and advises head of account management.
- Coordiates closely with key accounts sales team, uploading team + CPM team.
