Business Development Associate | Field Sales  

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in the growth by increasing the number of broker clients and properties that can be offered to people searching for their new dream home.

You are great at:

• Identify new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry.
• Set up face-to-face client meetings to present Lamudi services and products and acquire them for Lamudi's subscription packages.
• Onboard real estate professionals for Lamudi services through active outsourcing, cold calling, and negotiations.
• Facilitate meetings set up by the Telesales team with real estate professionals and demonstrate detailed product presentations to increase pipelines in the sales funnel.
• Present Lamudi products at internal and external real estate events to strengthen Lamudi's brand and increase awareness about Lamudi's services.

What it takes:

• Minimal of 3 years relevant experience in sales
• Good communication in both written and verbal
• Great with building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong sales & negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a high energy team
• Well organized & structured working style
• Great Team Player
