As a Client Relations Officer, you are the star sales person who has experience with pitching on call and closing deals in person. You are responsible to follow our client's lead through the entire sales funnel from inquiry to closing the deal by serving as a liaison to property sellers and seekers.
You provide guidance and ensure all preferences are met while finding the best matched property for the seekers. To succeed in this role, you should be highly independent, smart and with strong commitment to solve customers' needs. You should be able to work comfortably with technology, adapt quickly to new situations and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Mature, ambitious, and self-driven
- Excellent Relations Building Skills
- Holds a University degree
- Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), experience is a plus
