We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG Group. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.
About the Challenge
The Sales Support Lead serves as the overall database process controller that manages the company’s CRM system in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. This individual plan, develops and implements strategies for targeted lead generation and may also be responsible for data extraction, list, and evaluation of the quality there of.
You are great at:
- Soliciting, gathering, and validating information from different sources to identify accuracy of the lead information in salesforce.
- Ensuring the quality of the lead by coordinating with the commercial teams, updating required information for the leads and doing frequent quality checks.
- Generating weekly/monthly reports for commercial teams to analyze the lead performance and optimize allocation strategies.
- Distributing leads to the commercial teams on a daily basis. Define and implement continuous improvement projects for quantity, quality, convertibility and efficiency metrics.
- Executing lead search for each of the sources. based on workplan. Compare data extracted from external sources with the internal database to identify new leads. Create newly identified leads into salesforce with the basic account’s information.
- Reviewing, approving, and activating contracts based on the Contract Management checklist.

Minimum Qualifications
What It Takes
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant roles.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.
- Prior experience in Salesforce but not mandatory
