Lamudi Group is an online real estate marketplace with active operations penetrating the majority of the market in Mexico, Philippines and Indonesia. We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.

About the Challenge

Co-Founder: We are hiring professionals with background in building and scaling commercial teams, consulting, investment banking or with experience in having launched their own venture. It is empirical to have an entrepreneur’s mind set to keep pace with the product and subsidiary launches for the Lamudi Group.

We are still at an early stage of our journey and have yet many directions to explore. We thus do not want to restrict ourselves to industries or mindsets. It is for us to learn what further application a business can grow into.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideation, exploration, testing, launching and scaling of a new business model.
• Understanding and consistently improving product/market fit.
• Hiring and training a team who will drive the launch, execution and scaling of the project/product.

Attitude

• Having an entrepreneurial mind set is a must.
• Solving problems should come easily to you, and you should be someone who enjoys the process.
• The venture/project is yours to own, and you should be ready to pitch and garner enough interest for it, in whichever role required.
• People management should come naturally to you.

• With at least 5 years of professional experience with proven track-record
• Preferably from top universities in the country
• Strong intrinsic drive to grow the business and to grow professionally/personally alongside
• Aggressive attitude towards growth, yet humbly self-reflecting how to improve
• Fluency in spoken & written English
