Job Description
As Client Relations Manager, you lead the team of Client Relations Officers on top of being a star sales person who has strong experience with pitching on call and closing deals in person. You are responsible to follow our client's lead through the entire sales funnel from inquiry to closing the deal by serving as a liaison to property sellers and seekers.
You provide guidance and ensure all preferences are met while finding the best match property for the seekers. Your goal is to supersede the expectations from regular real estate agents in the Philippine market.
To succeed in this role, you should be have strong people management skills and strong commitment to solve customers' needs. You should be able to work comfortably with technology, adapt quickly to new situations and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of sales experience
- At least 2 years people management experience
- Real estate experience is a must
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- With strong problem-solver and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self Starter
- Tech savvy
- Team player
- High energy and drive, with the ability to balance monthly targets for a high growth company
- Strong level of professionalism and business ethics
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
