The Senior Business Development Associate will play a key role in the growth by increasing the number of broker clients and properties that can be offered to people searching for their new dream home while leading a team of 5-6 members in bringing in new clients. Our Business Development team focuses on acquiring clients using telesales operations.
The mission of this team is to ensure every broker in the country works with Lamudi for lead generation.
Your sales experience combined with your interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset and enthusiastic personality will help us achieve that mission. Using those skills, you will provide high-caliber service to our broker clients which will make them want to partner with us! When our millions of online property buyers (and sellers) are happy, so are we
With the help of Lamudi tools and by following our processes you will become a superstar in signing new broker clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal of 3-5 years relevant experience in sales or telesales
- At least 2-3 year experience of handling a team
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal
- Great with building and maintaining client relationships
- Very strong sales & negotiation skills
- Ability to works well in a high energy team
- Well organized & structured working style
- Great Team Player
- Fluency in spoken & written English
