As a Client Success Support at Lamudi, you’ll join a growing cross-functional client management team. You have ownership over the success of the client and will have an impact on improving their experience using our digital marketing services together with Client Success team. You are very savvy with digital report and data management.
Our mission is to provide any Indonesian the most trustworthy and reliable way to buy a property. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach.
What a day at work for you will look like
- You will assist Client Success Manager to handle all data about team’s project and progress
- You will work closely with the Client Success Specialist to successfully prepare and make client’s performance report every month for the client’s project management
- You will make a priority and manage multiple complex project’s report and data concurrently
- You will understand client’s needs and requirements, assist Client Success Specialist to maintain response rate in each communication group / platform with client.
- You will carry out some 'hands-on' elements such as analyzing and drawing insight from creative teams, performance marketing, and content teams
- You will analyze client’s campaign performance, preparing and giving presentations to the client to discuss results with Client Success Specialist

- A well organized & structured working style
- Have a Bachelor Degree from reputable Indonesian or foreign university
- Have at least 1 year work experience
- Savvy with using Powerpoint and making presentations
- You must have start-up culture in your DNA and get energized by a low-ego, "all hands-on deck" startup environment
