About the Challenge

As a CRM Success Specialist at Lamudi, you’ll join a growing aftersales team for large B2B clients. You have ownership over the success of the client and will have an impact on improving their experience using our CRM tools. You are a natural problem solver who loves communicating with others, understands technical speak and can convey technical jargon in understandable terms to non-technical people.
Your Key Responsibilities are:
- Work closely with the Business Development team to successfully onboard new clients; lead the implementation and use of the CRM system through training and presentation.
- Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- Understand client needs and requirements, make plans to meet all the client requirements
- Analyze client adoption and performance, prepare and give presentations to the client to discuss results
- Build a reputation for excellent service to the client to help support repeat business
- Continued campaign analysis and optimization to generate growth, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the clients
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor degree from reputable Indonesian university or foreign university
- 2-4 years of work experience in client success, account management, consulting, project management, product marketing or equivalent role
- Experience in project management skills, great multi-tasker who gets things done
- Have an affinity with technology and systems, although you do not strictly need any coding or engineering background
- Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills
- Patience, you can explain technical concepts to not tech-savvy audience
- Detail-oriented with the ability to develop activities based upon proactive analysis of client needs
- Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence and direct client activities
- Experience working with the staff at multiple levels, including senior management, is a plus
- Effective problem solving, collaboration, and influencing skills are crucial for the position
