Project Marketing Associate (Karawang)  

We are looking for a Project Marketing Associate who is passionate, strategic, and methodically organized to join our rapidly growing business. You will help the Project Manager for promoting each property project of clients. You will work in unison with our sales team on executing outstanding sales and marketing strategies to reach a large number of property buyers. These strategies may include an open table, investor gatherings, product knowledge, and other materials that will make customers aware of the project. You will also be responsible for communicating project status and managing to budget, coordinating internal and external project meetings and working with internal and external company resources to ensure all the targets are met.

The primary role of the Project Marketing Associate is to supporting sales team property project such as apartment tower or landed housing complex to develop sales plans on behalf of the client and Lamudi, by:

• You will be in charge of projects and must comprehend and also be knowledgeable of the projects you are assigned to.
• You will plan and execute sales events including but not limited to; Product Knowledge and sales activities related to the project
• Create marketing content to sell your projects
• Help salespeople (PP members) to close deals in projects assigned to you.
• You will be helping with the administration before and after-sales in the project

Who we are looking for:

• You have a Bachelor Degree from a reputable Indonesian or foreign university
• You have 2-3 years experience in either of the following; marketing, sales, business development, partnerships, events, consulting or start-ups in general
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
• Experience in property is a plus, not a definitive must
• You are a great presenter and communicator
• You can think strategically, meaning you can plan, but also work hands-on, to execute the plans developed by you perfectly
• You are entrepreneurial, and a self-starter
