Job Description

  • Makes outbound calls to new and current customer base to ensure customers are satisfied with the products/services.
  • Promotes the products/services of Lalamove to old and new customers, being the point person for preliminary positioning of Lalamove's point-to-point logistics service.
  • Performs warm & cold calls to build rapport with the customer and identify new business opportunities, and setting appointments, if needed, for field sales reps.
  • Assisting the marketing team with inviting prospects to attend Lalamove's events
  • Assisting the operations team with disseminating important announcements to Lalamove's clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of college
  • Experience in telemarketing/telesales with at least 2 years call center experience, preferably with outbound sales campaigns or collections campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Great communication skills in both Tagalog and English
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, outgoing and results driven personality.
  • Experience with CRM programs a plus.
