Job Description

Lalamove is a dynamic tech company with its young roots in Hong Kong. We are expanding aggressively across Asia and focused on connecting people with professional goods transportation services throughout the city, making life easier for users and helping drivers get extra businesses.

We have adapted a flat organisational structure which means everyone will be involved in the decision making process instead of being closely supervised. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and structure internal tracking and recogniition of revenue and expenses
  • Responsible for timely and accurate filing of documents to regulatory bodies such as BIR, SSS, Philhealth, and PAGIBIG
  • Filing and documentation of receipts
  • Bookkeeping
  • Able to handle full book-keeping activities for Manila team and liaise with Headquarters for monthly management reporting
  • Participate in / Drive process improvement activities related to work functions
  • Manage administrative team and support internal administrative documentation processes
  • Ensure proper recording and maintenance of accounting records
  • Ensure confidentiality of Company’s accounting information
  • Team player
  • Must be proactive and able to advise and understand local taxation regulations
  • Perform other clerical, bank transactions and liaison tasks as needed by the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in IT industry
  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting procedures
  • Knowledge in using computer applications such as Microsoft office, Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of at least one accounting software
