Job Description
- Drivers acquisition:
- Support supply side strategy via acquisition and training of drivers
- Define and settle efficiency lead (Track and deploy actions to acquire more drivers)
- Training:
- Create weekly ranking of drivers based on averages
- Maintain and improve training organization, quality, and efficiency
- This role reports directly Country Director
- Set, standardize and optimize metrics with view to control the metrics as needed
- Formalize dedicated SOP for standard product and contingency management
- Analyze and provide operational market opportunities and risks
- Anticipate operational issues and define solutions and action plans
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-6 years experience in Operations Management.
- Experience in Logistics, Platform based software, or E-commerce is a plus.
- Driver Focused: You need to be obsessed with what makes drivers “tick”. Your ability to understand and communicate with our partners is the essential component to scaling quality delivery
- Data Driven: Data is your best friend. Break down lots of data into meaningful pieces to inform your strategy and guide your daily execution. Test, learn, iterate, and repeat.
- Self-Starter: a strong entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic will be critical to setting the example for the team you build. Setting goals and metrics and defining roles and responsibilities are key parts to the role.
- Solution Oriented: the market moves quickly and not everything will go as planned. Consequently, you will need to make decision and adapt based on new information you will be receiving on a daily basis. You embrace challenges as opportunities rather than problems and you use a structured approach to evaluate your progress.
