Job Description

Client Prospecting and Field Sales

  • Conducts research on prospect clients across industries: Manufacturing, Services, and Merchandising
  • Determines the profile and needs of prospective clients through initial research
  • Conducts cold calls, email sending, and other activities to set an appointment with decision-makers or gate-keepers of the prospective client
  • Prepares business proposal to prospect clients and submits to immediate superior for review and approval
  • Meets with prospective client and present Lalamove’s product features and value proposition
  • Secure client requirements if any, for those who will avail API and with other special arrangements
  • Prepares and ensure completeness of Lalamove requirements for submission to clients who require if any
  • Educate clients on
  • Builds and maintains a good business relationship with partner clients
  • Manages and meets the expectations of clients at all times
  • Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed reports to track performance and movement of prospective clients
  • Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of sales reports
  • Seeks and consolidates feedback/suggestions of client pertaining to the products and services of the company
  • Attends meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new trends and meet new prospective clients
  • Participates in staff meetings, training programs and other activities related to professional development
  • Keeps a record and maintain a list of necessary information of prospective clients such as contact information, industry, nature of the business, among others
  • Maintains a general control filing system of all working papers, MOAs, correspondences, reports, and documents for record purposes for easy reference and monitoring.
  • Reports to management’s attention any critical or sensitive client concern.
  • Provides recommendation for possible improvement of business operations
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
