Job Description
Lalamove is building a B2B team & looking for an experienced individual to pursue opportunities for long-term growth and revenue from customers, markets, and relationships. The interplay among strategy, relationship management, and sales ultimately fuels the company's growth path.
The must-have
- Enthusiastic, outgoing and out-of-the-box people who are interested in technology, business development and sales
- Prior sales and/or technical experience are highly desirable
- Resourceful and fearless problem solver
- Self-motivated: Quitting is not in your vocabulary
- Goal driven attitude to close deals from end to end and passionate to become an industry expert
- Fluent in English
What you’ll do
- Source new sales opportunities through networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationships
- Assess the potential of customers and route the opportunities to the appropriate contact
- Understand client needs and offer solutions
- Contributing to creative discussions and decision-making about the business' future
- Encouraging other employees and customers to take part in growing the business by showing enthusiasm for your work and maintaining a positive attitude
- Mature communication skills to present in front of Fortune 500 C-Level clients
Minimum Qualifications
What you'll need
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats at one time
- Ability to effectively collaborate with product, tech & other teams in order produce desired output
- Always seeking for improvements in the way we do things
- Proficient command of MS Office and CRM software

You will both be a driver advocate, but all charged with holding them accountable for the level of service they provide. To succeed, you will lead by example and solve any issues that come up. Using data as your ally, you will hold yourself, your team and our drivers to the highest performance standards.
