Job Description
Customer Care
- Cares for his/her assigned areas’ customer and their needs on the phone or in person (in case of customer visits).
- Ensure that customers’ orders are served, billed correctly and delivered within reasonable time.
- Serve as liaison between the company and the customers.
Sales Generation Efforts
- Knows all product specification and pricing points.
- Prepares and submits marketing proposals for his assigned customers or area every 6th of the month.
- Initiates development for new products by supplying the basic information such as market viability (project number of units for his area), proposed selling price, competitors, specifications and/or shop drawing, pictures, or actual sample.
Collection Efforts
- Makes sure that the outstanding accounts in his/her area(s) are timely collected in coordination with Credit & Collection.
- Prepares provisional receipts (PR) for check payments and collections in his/her assigned areas.
Reports and other administrative tasks
- Prepares and submits an itinerary one (1) week in advance of his/her intended trip.
- Prepares and submits an expense report and reimbursement two (2) days after the corresponding trip.
- Prepares and submits activity reports one (1) week after each trip.
- Processes return slips for replacement or CM.
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of vehicles, if any is assigned to him/her.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Communications, Management, or Business administration or any related course.
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years in similar role.
Required skills:
- Must have keen eye for details
- very intuitive and have experience dealing with all types of customers be it through phone or in person
- Computer literate
- Must be a licensed driver.
