Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading a strategic division in branding, packaging and digital.
- Be one of the company's representatives in leading presentation and discussions with clients and prospects.
Brand and Packaging Development
- Be in charge of gathering insight through focus group discussion and in-depth-interview to garner valuable market and user insight.
- Bridging gaps between business opportunities and creative ideas.
- Able to narrate impactful brand stories to clients.
- Generate creative brand positioning and naming.
- Supervise a team of creative designers from a strategic point of view.
Digital
- Strategising and maximising user experience across various digital platforms.
- Interview and create user personas, as well as building their task model.
- Breakdown user journey and flow.
- Supervise a team of user interface designers from a strategic point of view.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience in the industry of brand consulting and/or creative agencies.
- Able to present, speak and write formally, as well as creatively, in English.
- A proven track record of leading a strategic and creative division.
- Able to structure strategically-sound presentations using Keynote.
- Willing to learn and innovate.
