• Lab@Home PH sends labwork to people's homes (COVID-19 testing, bloodwork like CBC, etc.)
• People request a lab test from us, and we find the fastest/cheapest lab that has availability that day
• This job is for a Medical Lab Coordination Specialist, whose job it is to work with labs to find out which labs have availability in Metro Manila
• This role is a remote job

Job Description

• Medical Lab Research: Research medical labs to get pricing and availability of common lab tests.
• Client Support & Communication: Work with customers who are requesting labs to find out their address, availability, and price range.
• Lab Support & Communication: Contact medical labs to find out who has availability for specific client requests.

Job Requirements

• Medical Background - Med tech, RN, MD, etc.
• Flexibility - exact responsibilities may change week to week, so flexibility is important

• With a background in medical health, medical technology, clinical chemistry, laboratory science, or clinical research
• Has basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical, organized and systematic
• Process-oriented and follow strict timelines
• Able to work with very minimal supervision (With provisions for home-based work)
• Must be a good team player, teachable, and willing to learn
• Problem-solving skills
• Must have a genuine sense of curiosity, being able to determine and ask the next questions that may arise from the analysis of new information.
• Open to working in a startup environment
