Job Description
- Assists customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner; provides “wow” customer service.
- Advises and assists customers with their choices of product for themselves.
- Accurately completes sales using POS system according to established procedures.
- Stocks and cleans the department for the best sales appearance.
- Develops and maintains knowledge expertise of all merchandise in department to effectively assist customers with accurate information.
- Assists with displays, and floor moves as needed.
- Assists with community/marketing events
- Maintains a clean and safe workplace
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience specializing in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- Proficient Customer Service skills
- Good communication skills
- Dynamic and Enthusiastic
- Can start ASAP
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City
