Job Description
- Track, analyze and report sales, trade returns, sales order deliveries and trade payment deductions as a percentage of yearly / quarterly / monthly targets
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure cleanliness, accuracy and completeness via automated and manual processes
- Manage sales reporting and analytics, developing simple to complex data reports and graphs as needed
- Ensure analysis is prioritized and developed based on business / customer requirements, and documented as required
- Present sales analysis results to Management in a clear and concise format
- Assist the sales force in developing and publishing forecasts and quota plans
- Provides sales data specific for sales incentive metrics as basis for incentive pay-outs
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of all data processed and handled
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year work related experience in an FMCG
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in BGC
