Job Description
Territory Management
- Assess the market potential of the areas of operation
- Determine good areas for establishment of distributors and dealers
- Select good dealers and probable points-of-sales
- Recommend the delineation/ re-adjustment of the sales territories and specific store locations of dealers and POS for better area of coverage
- Identify distributors, commercial farms and key feeders
Distribution Management
- Determine monthly sales objectives of the customers
- Recommend applicable credt lines of customers
- Assist customers in establishing and achieving monthly sales objectives
- Analyze and plan market condition for the purpose of improving profitability and enhancing growth
- Submit quarterly performance per customer including market assessment
- Recommend termination of distressed/ unproductive dealers
Sales Management and Administration
- Determine annual sales objective of the territory
- Plan and organize sales meetings and other sale boosting activities
- Conduct regular visits to customers for a continuous feedback on the market trend
- Monitor competitor movement
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Animal Science.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales and Marketing.
- Can provide technical expertise to clients.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
