kumu is looking for VIP Partnerships Senior Associate to assist our clients in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner.
The VIP Partnerships Senior Associate / Associate will be instrumental in client retention and increase of Department revenue by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner. You will have the ability to swiftly gain client confidence and trust. You will be the “face” of the department and will be responsible to represent our brand voice the best way you can.
What it means to be a VIP Partnerships Senior Associate:

Maximize and practice previous service industry experience to be able to provide excellent client experience.

Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients by making sure their needs are met, concerns are dealt with and the client user journey is up to Department standard to help increase Department Revenue

Responds to Client Inquiries and concerns by understanding the situation at hand; reviewing previous concern and responses; gathering and researching information to be able to resolve any conflicts that may arise.

Maintain high client satisfaction rate

Understand and learn each client / user behavior to be able to maximize revenue growth
Minimum Qualifications
-
College Degree
-
2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Airline, Hospitality and/or Sales Industry
Preferred Qualifications

Detail-oriented, have knowledge in google tools and the platform (Kumu).

Excellent people skills, hold a high standard and quality of service given, and have excellent English oral and written skills.

Flexible with working hours to be able to accommodate the fast growth of clients and their different time zones.

Honest, practices and values trust and respect, and can work well with a team.
