The UX Researcher reveals what the consumers need from the company's products by conducting primary research, exploring consumer behavior and motivation, and working with the UX Design, Product Management, and Engineering departments in developing new product features and enhancements.
The UX Researcher gathers and organizes information from users by way of a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, contextual inquiries, diary studies, personas, card sorting, and usability testing.
The UX researcher helps in the validation and invalidation of assumptions to contribute in the overall success of developing product improvements in the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in UX Research
- Inquisitive about understanding customer needs and demonstrates the skills in finding the root cause to problems and issues
- Is Empathetic and has Good English Communication skills
- Eager to grow and be part of a thriving startup
