Quality Assurance Associate  

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for executing testing plans, looking for defects, and documenting them.

We are looking for a dependable and diligent Quality Assurance Associate who will execute testing efforts. We love working with team players who have an "all for one, one for all" mentality.

As a Quality Assurance Associate, we will rely on you to:

• Ensure the quality of company products and services are above expectations.
• Deploy quality assurance test scripts to discover bugs, issues, and problems users face.
• Ensure the product and its features are functioning properly.
• Work hand-in-hand with the product support specialists in addressing concerns sent by Kumu users.
• Execute random testing of major features of the product.
• Document results of test script deployment.
• Document issues, bugs, and other technical problems.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor's Degree holder;
• 2-3 years experience in the same or similar field;
• Flexible in their working hours;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
