Business Intelligence Analyst  

Kumu is looking for a new Business Intelligence Analyst who will make sense of our data and provide actionable reports.

We’re looking for a dependable and diligent Business Intelligence Analyst, who can help the company appreciate data. We love working with team players who have an “all for one, one for all” mentality. Ayaw namin ng selfish! Past experience in other fast-paced mobile app start-ups is a huge plus, but definitely not a requirement.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, ito ang gagawin mo:

• Collect, organize and interpret statistical information to make it useful to a range of needs for the organization.
• Translate data into understandable reports for different department so they understand problems better and make more informed decisions
• Help conceptualize and design additional reports to facilitate better data understanding across the organization.
• Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for spotted dashboard issues, if needed.
• Train end users on new reports and dashboards.
• Provide analytical expertise on goal-setting, trendspotting and projections if the team will hit or miss their goals.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Periodically assess potential new data partners to help optimize and/or update current business intelligence setup, including data visualization tools, 3rd party analytics platforms etc.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, sana all may ganitong qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years of experience of handling business intelligence on the following metrics:
  • Acquisition
  • Activation
  • Retention
  • Revenue
• Working knowledge of business intelligence and data manipulation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding interpersonal,skills focused on communicating with various stakeholders.

‘Di required, pero bet namin kung meron ka nito:

• Experience in contemporary business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python and R.
