Content Marketer  

• Create content on an ongoing basis to support and promote campaigns and to attract users through search, social media, and PR efforts.
• Grow our subscriber base by providing them witty, relatable, and helpful content.
• Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
• Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.

The Content Marketer will be responsible for writing and producing various types of written content-- from social media to PR articles. He/She will deliver witty and on-trend content to increase Kumu’s digital footprint, awareness, users, and streamers. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• Past experience producing content, as well as channel-specific knowledge (social media, in-app pushes, app marketing)
• Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
• A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
• Must be a self-starter
• Great communication skills
• Must be a team player

Competencies needed:

• At least 1 year of strong content marketing experience
• Experience in working with a B2C company
• Knowledge on different social media platforms
• Have written a PR article in the past
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Particularly Photoshop).
• Impeccable grammar
