Advertising Associate  

Responsibilities:

• Creates pre-campaign advertising and marketing planning
• Prepares advertisement schedule, secures permits, and coordinates with supplier and media agencies
• Ensures clear information dissemination within the company of advertising strategies and campaigns
• Strengthens ads for student recruitment and franchise orientation
• In-charge of supporting new Instructors with advertising collaterals and ensures visibility of new center
• Keeps up to date on all advertising implementation best practices and strategies
• Creates reports on progress of advertising collaterals
• Creates supplier sourcing and supplier matrix report
• Researches and monitors activity of company competitors, if needed
• Develop effective corporate communication strategies
• Draft content on internal communication materials
• Liaise with media relations and handle requests as they come in
• Assist in communication of strategies or messages from the management
• Perform other tasks as needed for the role

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
• Must have a creative flair on ideas for advertising content and materials
• Able to strategically collect and analyze data
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has keen attention to details and creative problem-solving skills
