- Ensure Operational Excellence for all B/E Aerospace shipments
- Establishing strong relationships with B/E Aerospace locally in the Philippines, throughout all business units and B/E Aerospace Corporate
- Driving Innovations, new initiatives and providing solutions for all business units of B/E Aerospace for airfreight, sea freight and contract logistics
- Providing solution design ensuring contract extensions
- Supporting growth of turnover, gross profit and volumes of B/E Aerospace, Philippines
- Staff management and training of all KAM, Customer service and implants, ensuring we deliver on our Focus & Excellence commitments
- Weekly meetings with Operational Management team in to discuss performance and provide pro-active solutions
- Full ownership and timely preparations of all QBR’s, CIP’s, meetings and issuing of MoM’s
- Pro-active management of all deadlines and action items ensuring completion as promised
- Minimum weekly site meetings with all key business units
- Management of all financial KPI’s with focus on account receivables
- Reduction of claims and swift claim management process
- Data management thru CoreLog
- Alignment with GKAM, NKAM peers globally, as well as with Mnl NM, Z-Level team (Mnl ZA/ZS/ZL) and Customer service unit
- Attending global conference calls
- Providing monthly internal MoM’s against set KPI’s
- Travel to key global sites when required
- Support global team on global projects where needed
- Responsible for drafting and delivering CAPA’s and ensuring sign-off from B/E
- Attendance at all internal team calls / meetings
- Responsible for escalation to GoKAM within region and to GoKAM on all operational issues
- Take ownership to ensure all reports generated for B/E are completed with appropriate and accurate data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Required skill(s): local market experience, proven performer in logistics sales (aerospace/ industrial), 4-5 years solid experience in a logistics industry preferably for multinational, 4-5 primarily air operational/sea operational knowledge an advantage, Sales Automation Skills.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
