- Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
- Verifying applicants' background by contacting references.
- Manage the completion of employee's application process
- Assisting new employees by explaining benefit programs.
- Proficient with legal requirements, which avoids legal difficulties.
- Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Having more learning opportunities by participating educational events.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong sense in identifying personal traits and characteristics.
- Proven experiences in talent acquisition, especially in tech-developers.
- Possess a unique, unorthodox, non-mainstream yet proven to be effective sourcing methods.
- Smart thinker and creative, able to develop new ideas for critical purpose in most simplest way possible.
- Talkative and friendly, love to engage with various type of people while at the same time be a good listener and advisor.
- Familiar with modern and complex psychological assessment tools, such as MBTI personality inventory, etc.
