Job Description
- To build policies, process and procedures to ensure the quality of execution, maximize recovery and minimize risks.
- Coordinate with collection strategy team to work out on strategy, workload, headcount & performance for proper structure.
- Build and offer the incentive scheme and build the good habit of performance and quality.
- Manage and organize checking calls and controlling the quality based on bucket strategies to deliver high quality services.
- Manage and track operation, efficiency and effectiveness of outsourcing companies to ensure target communication.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 8 years experience in consumer lending business collection (5 years in managing role).
- Have good understanding of consumer finance industry and collection process.
- Have the experience in develop monthly/quarterly OKR for the team & responsible for OKR implementation.
- Good command in English.
- Excellent skill set in communication, delegation, negotiation, planning and organization.
- Technical skill set including Six Sigma, analytical and mathematical.
- Have flexible approach to change and a willingness to embrace change.
