Job Description
- Facilities & equipment
- Manage workstream (ie, Facilities checklist, etc)
- Requisition Management – current open requisitions reports
- Manage workstream (ie, open reqs report, etc)
- Induction logistics
- Induction cost and updating budget document
- Meeting room reservation (KF or client office)
- Travel quotes and coordination (flights and accommodation)
- Dietary requirements
- Schedule
- Booking dinners, activities and transport
- Induction event coordination when offsite – arrange set up of rooms, phones, equipment as needed, etc
- Setting up the quiz on X app
- Induction checklist
- Email and phone liaison with client on room bookings and other tasks
- Meetings – scheduling meetings (internal and client), taking minutes (Word), creating first draft of review deck (PPT), etc
- Document management – creating Sharepoint site, uploading documents as needed
- Assist in other workstreams where available and provide support on special projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive
- Has the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Time management skills.
- Has a keen attention to detail.
- Tech savvy
- Can manage ambiguity
