Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
- Process customer orders and monitor the fulfillment process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and resolution of customer issues.
- Assist with developing customer feedback surveys and reporting.
- Support other customer service-related administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate, minimum in the 5th semester.
- Majoring in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Committed to a 6-month internship period.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta (WFO).
