* Provide education and orientation to newly joined employees
* Make an evaluation of the effectiveness of training activities
* Become a facilitator of training implementation
* Ensure that all supporting tools for training implementation are available
* Manage employee events so that employee engagement can increase
* Develop and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
* Plan and execute employee engagement events to help teams get along
* Implement talent development strategies to support career growth
* Establish good relationships with all employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in HR; Fresh graduates will be considered. Professional certification in HR or Training & Development is a plus. - Proficient in English language and possess good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). - Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
