Job Description
- Mengoperasionalkan peralatan utilitas gedung
- Melakukan pengecekan rutin terhadap ceklist harian, seperti UPS, AC sentral dan split, generator set, eskalator, lift barang, panel, instalasi telepon, jaringan, pesawat HT/UHF dll
- Monitoring pekerjaan vendor/kontraktor
- Melakukan pengecekan standar kebersihan dan keamanan area tenant
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal SMK jurusan listrik atau mekanik
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 tahun
- Pengetahuan tentang kelistrikan - arus lemah kuat
- Mekanik dasar
- Memiliki sertifikat vaksin Covid-19 (Vaksin Booster)
