Job Description
Melaksanakan proses seleksi dan rekrutmen karyawan sehingga diperoleh karyawan dengan skill dan kompetensi yang tepat. Merencanakan, menganalisa, dan mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan pelatihan dan kesenjangan kompetensi serta kegiatan - kegiatan hubungan industrial dan perijinan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Latar Belakang pendidikan S1 - Hukum
- Punya pengalaman bekerja selama minimal 1 tahun. Fresh graduate silahkan melamar
- Memiliki pemahaman terkait HR dan paham terkait hukum kekaryawanan
- Memiliki kemampuan negoisasi dan komunikasi yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Surabaya
