Assessment Analyst (Project Based) - Growth Center  

Growth Center is Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia's effort to extend its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to its own Kompas Gramedia home base. Growth Center specializes itself in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.

He/She will be working in Growth Center's Discovery tribe, focusing on develop new assessment tools (Multiple Intelligence Tests), with job details as follows:

• Conducting market research, theoretical research, item writing, assessment tools rollout, searching for test participants.
• Conducting data analysis from the results of the new assessment tools (Multiple Intelligence Tests) for the purposes of validity and reliability testing, and collecting insight data.
• Create manuals and final formats along with reports.

• Bachelor/master degree in psychology
• Experienced in making assessment tools with proven knowledge and interest in psychological assessment, psychometrics, and statistical analysis.
• Have an interest in the theory of multiple intelligence tests
• Confident and comfortable in doing research, statistical and data analysis utilizing SPSS/JASP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter actively taking initiatives
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and solid problem solving skills
