Job Description
- Continuously evaluating projects on our performance/project management platform
- Identify projects that are near/have met deadlines, and collaborate with team members to help them record their project performance
- Analyze performance data and create ad-hoc reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge in OKR concept would be a great advantage
- Demonstrated experience in managing team
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work under minimum supervision
