Job Description
- Bring out the best Branch' personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Negotiate about company's services with potential B2B client
- Asses local market conditions and identify current prospective sales opprotunities
- Develop forecast, financial objectives and business plan
- Coordinate schedule and shipment preparation with Branch operations and shipping personnel
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree of all major
- Min. 3 years experienced as a Manager
- Proven logistics' branch management experience is a must
- Sufficient knowledge modern management techniques and best practices
- Familiar with industry's rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
