Job description:

• eCommerce strategic partner for brands to develop their brand commerce strategy to penetrate the marketplace;
• Strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives that align with a brand’s goals and objectives to grow the business;
• Complete ownership on ecommerce sales expansion, P/L - increasing sales, market share, capabilities, and excellence in the segment; and very number and ROI driven in fine tuning business plans based on performance;
• Formulate a storytelling to craft engaging campaigns for the brand to increase their brand awareness and visibility;
• Manage third party relationships including but not limited to Internal/Group Media Company, Marketplace Platform, Advertising agencies, Technology firms, also negotiates and monitors quality and cost of services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience (Master's degree or equivalent is a plus);
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the fields of Digital Marketing, Branding Management, sales/merchandising, partnerships and owning a portfolio;
• Having experience in the field of e-commerce will be an advantage;
• Mastering and able to develop sales business processes;
• Have good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills;
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing;
• Mastering Microsoft Office applications.
