Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, interview, psychotest, etc
- Lead employer branding initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Hold Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Management
- At least 2 years of working experience with the same role
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written), able to work either independently or teamwork
