Software Developer Lead - Kompas.id  

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring design and coordination in making designs, schemes, programs, digital solutions and all aspects related to software engineering as well as reporting related to new or existing applications so that the system created is able to optimally support organizational activities.

What You’ll do:

• Increase productivity in the development of Kompas.ID
• Ensure all Kompas.ID products run smoothly and well
• Conducting Research and Development on the latest technology in this case holding and implementing training and publishing the results and research and development to colleagues in the department
• Increase the number of paid subscribers
• Perform managerial functions in team development (have a good personal leadership)

• Bachelor Degree Min. S1 majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related.
• Have an experience: Min. 5 years experience in the same field
• Mastering High Level and Low Level Programming
• Have knowledge of various kinds of computer programming languages and applications
• Mastering general knowledge of hardware and software development
• Mastering System Analysis and Design
• Mastering Object Oriented Programming, Object Oriented Design & Analyst, Object Management and Reuse
• Mastering the software modeling language Unified Modeling Language (UML)
• Proficient in development languages in Linux environment and web platform
• Have an interest in learning new technologies and adapting various programming languages (html, php, sql, java, js, etc.)
• Have an understanding of creating and implementing data modeling in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Mastering Software Development Cycle, Business Rules.
