Job Description
Kompas Gramedia, through its more than 50 years of history, is striving for one goal: enlightening and empowering Indonesia. Laris Intisari Nusantara, or Larisin, is our new digital startup company that focuses on empowering various retailers and wholesalers across the country through modern payment technologies: Point of Sales (POS) and Business to Business (B2B) e-commerce.
ABOUT KG - LARISIN INTERNSHIP CHALLENGE
- This is an internship program for those who love to develop themselves in a startup environment. The goal is to develop the interns to get real-life experience of business, each of them will have their own mentor and they will get the opportunity to solve a real case in business of Larisin
- The program will start on 1 July 2019. We will give 6 weeks (1 July - 15 August) real-life experience in Startups environment

KG - LARISIN INTERNSHIP CHALLENGE POSITIONS :
- Product intern of On Demand Task
- Implement the initiative to 1,000-panel retailer
- Work closely with ODT product manager to do A/B testing
- Prepare documentation of consumer journey with design thinking approach and product specification
- Prepare benchmark from competition or related industry
- Gather qualitative and quantitative customer feedbacks on the A/B testing (min 20 panels)
- Product executive intern
- market research on current gamification landscape
- define gamification type and reward in all platform
- research pro & cons on gamification type
- Interview retailer and wholesale to understand their interest in gamification
- Customer care intern
- Define the call mission and end to end process flow of customer care
- Prepare benchmark for operations, organization, call mission, ticketing system
- Create relevant KPI and report for customer care operations
- UIX designer intern
- Work together with the product manager to define the key success factor and measurement of UI / UX
- Prepare documentation of best practice benchmark from UX or UIX perspective
- Documentation of wireframes and design
- Engineer in Test Intern
- Investigate customer problems referred by the technical support team.
- Perform Test Automation and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms like Web, Mobile, and Desktop
- Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team
- Engineer Intern
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Business Field Analyst Intern
- Joint call with TBP and asses in-store activity, In time motion, and suggest ideal the call mission, number of call/ day
- Joint call with TBP and understand what they need to increase they call effectiveness
- Prepare benchmark from competition or related industry, and asses which model are fit with LARISIN objective
- Asses day to day activity of field team in the office and in the field, what kind of report they need to create and suggest the best approach to get ideal activity model
- Telemarketing Assesment Intern
- Define the call mission, how many calls/ day and an end to end process flow of Telemarketing
- Prepare a benchmark for operations, organization, call mission, ticketing system, how much the budget
- Create relevant KPI and report for Telemarketing operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, Communication, and Hospitality
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Passionate to work startup company (especially e-commerce or POS industry)
- Possess strong collaboration and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deliverables, project,& engagements to completion.
- Can do attitude and drive to learn and make things done.
- Strong analytical capability and exposure with customer journeys from leads generation to customer acquisition, conversion and usage.
- Previous understanding & exposure to technology, B2B e-commerce, and POS Cashier would be an advantage
