Project Management Office (PMO) Intern  

The Project Management Office (PMO) Intern will be aiding the decision makers in Corporate Development Directorate Kompas Gramedia (Vice-CEO and Strategy Manager) in the monitoring and analysis of project schedules, costs, and resource planning to ensure projects are completed on time and able to fulfill the objectives of the project charter.

The PMO Intern will be helping in organizing, gathering, and doing follow-ups on key materials/deliverables for meetings; create agendas, trackers, project reports, meeting materials, and slide decks as needed. The intern will also update the status of action items, status reports, or other document revisions in an accessible project dashboard. To aid the project execution, the intern will also be tasked in aiding the scheduling and organizing of meetings with various work teams and stakeholders to gather and communicate necessary project information and updates.

• Final year university student with good academic performances and leadership experiences;
• Previous experience in managing and handling multiple project objectives, tasks, and deadlines;
• Solid experience operating MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken;
• Ability to identify problems or bottlenecks and provide suggestions for alternatives and resolutions;
• Self-starter and well-organized.
